Dear Kari and Dean,
We just wanted to take a minute and thank you both for helping us with our Cruiser purchase. You and your staff all acted with professionalism and courtesy during our dealings. We looked for over two years at many different brands and models before deciding that our choice would be a Crossroads Cruiser. The quality of the construction, superb warranty, and words of encouragement from other Cruiser owners helped us seal the deal. The next part was to find the quality dealer to fit our needs. Gansen RV was mentioned to us many times and always with very positive feedback. After three visits with you, we made the deal, and are very happy with the purchase.
