Dear Kari,

I would like to take the opportunity to express our sincere thanks to you, your husband and the rest of the great staff at Gansen RV. The camper was clean, ready to go and we were given every opportunity to look the unit over and ask any questions pertaining to it's operation. Your staff hooked up the load levelers and explained their operation. The receptionist was friendly and professional and got the paperwork done in a speedy fashion. Sadly we were only able to use it once before we had to put it away, but we are eagerly awaiting spring. Thanks again. Our experience was very pleasant and we will be certain to refer others to your establishment.

"We picked up our Wildcat on Monday June 11th in Riceville Iowa and drove it home to California. The dealer installed a 16K Reese hitch with a Prodigy brake controller. They were extremely friendly and helpful. When I pulled into the dealership my wear indicators on my (tow vehicle's) brake pads were squeaking and they even installed new brakes for me so I didn't have to find a repair shop."
